Question #6, I'm a bit confused...
6 A) "spouse or common law partner provide details on the back of this page"

- What details are they wanting exactly?

and B) every other family member not included but are dependent on you.

-My common law partner has 3 children that depend on him financially. Would I list the 3 children as technically me and him are dependent finally upon eachother or no?

1) That's if you are sponsoring someone other than your spouse. If you're sponsoring your spouse, you don't put anything.
2) Yes you have the list the three children, you will also need to get all three children to get medicals done for the application.

You do mean IMM5481, right?

This whole process is confusing enough... :P :P

i finally figured it out. I need to put 0 in both of those boxes as my SO and his 3 children are already on the IMM0008 form. :) makes sense!
