Hello. I am making the application for the Spousal Open Work Permit as my partner is an international student in Ontario.
One of the required documents is the Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union (IMM 5409), as we are common-law partners.
The problem is that I do not see any fields to upload this document. The only available field is the Client Information field where I am gonna upload a letter of explanation and proof for our relationship.
I have answered to the question "What is your marital status?" with "Common-law" and to the question "What type of work permit do you want to apply for?" with " A work permit for a spouse of an international student, or for a family member of a worker".
Does anyone know why I cannot see a specific field for this document?
