Hi,

In section A, there is space for signature along with date. As I am married, my wife put N/A in the space provided for signature and she also provided date. Will it create problem?

The date you are talking about refers to the date that section was signed. So if you don't sign it, you also don't need to write the date. But if you do write the date, it is OK. You don't need to, but nothing bad will happen if you do.
