Hi

I am a bit confused by this whole part.

PART C - INFORMATION ABOUT RELATIONSHIP - TO BE FILLED OUT BY THE SPONSOR AND THE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT

1. Do both my wife and I have to fill out all these questions separately? Together but in like 3rd person?

My wife been told we both have to answer them separately but I would think then there would be each questions twice (ie Part C - Sponsor, Part C - PA)

2. Question 3 and Question 4 seem to contradict each other.

Q3. Are you living together now? - Yes, for how long | No - explain why not

Q4. If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship?

But if we are living together why do we need to answer this question. No Explain Why, Yes Give Details

I would think if you answer yes to question 3 you would skip question 4 but nothing specifies that it should be skipped.

1. You fill it out together.

2. They don't contradict each other. Question 4 is N/A if you live together.

Ok, thats what I thought for question 1. Well to me they contradict as it does not mention to skip or that you could put NA. It should be like If you choose yes to question 3 skip question 4 like they do in other parts.

The initial instructions for all forms in your application tell you not to leave any questions blank. So if it doesn't apply, you just put N/A (not applicable) as mentioned in the answer above. :)
