Hi

One of the Citizenship Documents requirement is the IMM 5292 we receive the First day we land.
The photocopy we received some 7 year ago is not clear since we obtained it, but still readable.

Q1: Just to confirm, does CIC provide an original copy when we land first time or a photocopy ?
Q2:Is there a way to request another clear Copy from CIC to submit it in the Citizenship application to avoid rejection?

Please advise
Thanks

A1. Original.
A2. No.

You can request a Verification of Status document (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certcopy.asp) but you can't get another original document.
