IMM5257E FORM MISTAKE QUESTION#9 AND RECEIVED PASSPORT REQUEST

HELLO

I really need urgent your advise. I applied for my parent's Super visa online, In the form IMM5257E question#9 ( where to applying) Country i filled 'Canada' instead of India (country of residence). They received passport request. Please advise me what to do, should we just send the passports to VFS INDIA OFFICE. Please please help me

Hi,

You have 30 days to submit their passports in India. You must send an email to the relevant visa office informing them about the error and request them to allow you to submit their passports at the nearest India VAC.

A passport request is a positive sign. Of course, a final decision will be taken only after they submit their passports. So this error can be easily sorted
