I forgot to have my wife sign the IMM1344 form. Will CIC reject my application? I have everything else completed and already sent out. :'(

Your application will most definitely be returned.

Send the form to your wife to sign and then send it back to CPC-M.

My mistake. Another FedEx trip back to the Philippines to get the form signed. Not cheap

Hi! Do both the sponsor AND the principal applicant need to fill out and print form IMM1344 separately. so two print outs of the form?
