IMM1344 and IMM0008 PDF forms can't be opened

I'm so frustrated. I'm good at computers and have used multiple systems and multiple PDF readers to try to open these forms. My adobe reader is up to date and I followed the advice of someone here to use foxit PDF reader. Everytime I open it it just says I need a newer PDF viewer.

what can i do, this feels ridiculous

is your default pdf reader up to date? because you can download the software but sometimes the file will open up in a different system. change the default perhaps?

You probably have to copy and past the link to the form to internet explorer and download from there. I also could not download the Generic application form and Application to sponsor form in google chrome, while the rest of the forms downloaded just fine in chrome. Not sure what browser you are using.
