I think my answers made before was not well explained ?.

You have to list all your whereabouts from the age of 18 or for past 10 years, which ever is longer without gap for months.

Prepare your history which you have record or in memory.

For your international travels, you can collect details from you passport Immigration stamps.

Make a history sheet, breifly describing the activity, which includes your job, travel, course/training/study...... etc...etc... Your travels with your husband should also be listed if it exceeds more than a month. Also your job should be mentioned. Everything should be arranged chronologically.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions.

My confusion is what it says differently from the guideline and the question form as following

"10 years back from my current age for personal history from the guideline's details" while "starting a personal history from the age of 18 from the question form". They are contradict. If you say I can start either from the age of 18 or for the past 10 years then I would choose it then

I am confusing, so I have questions regarding to this form again.

Q 12, Membership or association with organizations. I have done many things both in colleges and in socials, but there is one thing that I would like to ask; my husband and I have been sponsoring the children through "World Vision" in my country, do I have to include it there and specify the position held within organisation as a children sponsor?

I do not know if this should be included or not, but I'm afraid that CIC may think we adopt the children, but we don't, we just help them by donating some regular funds monthly to World Vision only, kindly please advise.

OK. What I did for me and wife is that I prepared details from our 18th year of age.
What I understand is:
for ex: If you are 30 yrs you have to give details starting from 18 yrs of age.
If you are 25 years you have to give details from the age 15.

This is a charitable donation and not an adoption. With these forms you need to keep it simple clear and concise. Thry not to overthink it to much.

I have questions on this form for Q 13 -Government Positions & Q 14 Military Service again.

According to this form, it says "Write none in the box if you have not held any government positions (Q13) or have not taken any military service (Q14); however, the guide IMM3999 says "If any sections do not apply to you, answer "NOT APPLICABLE", so I would like to know if I should put " NONE or NOT APPLICABLE" if I do not apply to those?

According to the above mention, do I have to type " NONE or NOT APPLICABLE" in every columns of each section or put it only one time in the first row?

You don't need to put the world vision on there anywhere. It is a charity. You have zero legal right to that child, calling it a "sponser" is just a marketing campaign. It does not need to be included on your applicaiton at all. As I said... keep it simple. You are WAY over thinking these questions.

You can write none or not applicable, you are not going to get regected for writing either or.

Just write NOT APPLICABLE this is what i did on every form that did not pertain to me.. I did UPPERCASE on that..
