Hi All,

Me and my wife both dont have a family name in our passports. the \generic forms have a compulsion to fill in the family name, although we are trying to fill it with NA ( Not Applicable) , but at the bottom of the \page it reflects the applicant name as "NA. x".

Should we leave it as NA or fill in the the Family name with our given name.

Please advise.

Regards

"If you do not have a family name on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank. Do not enter “*”, “Not applicable” or “NA”."

Good luck! :)

That helps alot!!!! Thank you so much. :D :D

Having been through this with the wife, first name should be entered as "NUL". Names as shown in passport go in the Surname as mentioned.
