IMM 5770 Fee Payment

Hi All,

Not sure if any of you having the issue as mine, when I tried to type in this form, in the credit card section, if the month of expiry is 04, it will eliminate the 0, and just show 4 (in the first cell, and leave the last cell blank), and also in the CVV code, usually CVV is only 3 digits (eg. 111), does it matter if I put 111 from the left and leave the last cell blank, or do I leave the first cell blank?

Alternatively, I can hand write this form, cant I?

Hand writing should work.
