IMM 5748 Amounts paid to you under EI

Hello, I have a question on Form IMM 5748. Under 3/(e) Amounts paid to you under the Employment Insurance Act, other than the special benefits. Is that the amount on line 119 of your tax return, i.e., the money you received through EI when you lose a job.
