IMM 5710 "During the past 5 years where have you lived" question for PGWP

Hi, I'm applying for PGWP Post Graduate Work Permit application.


is this question asking:

Between 2011 and 2016, have you lived in a country other than Canada and your country of citizenship?

I've lived in the States between 2007 and 2009, so should I include that information on the form?
