IMM 5707 or IMM 5645 for online application

Hi,

When i look up which family information form i should fill in from Morocco, it says IMM 5707, but on my online application platform it says IMM 5645. Any idea which one i should send ?

Yes, IMM 5645 is the form for Morocco. For any document that is requested just click the link in the application forms page, in the "Document Name" column, and download the form.
