Any dependents over the age of 18 also have to fill out this form if they are on the application. Our application was sent back to me because my husband's son refused to fill out this form. I included a letter stating so and sent it back.

Hello

I am an Indian and my husband is a Canadian citizen , he is going to sponsor me and i am ready with my PCC, upfront medical , all attested educational certificates, national identity documents, marriage certificate, wedding cards, photos.

I have one query - my graduation degree has my name misspelled but my college character certificate has correct spelling of my name along with my university roll no.I have got one affidavit stating that this is mistake in name spelling, i want to know would that be acceptable in my application along graduation degree , supporting character certificate , and rest all educational & national documents stating my correct name spelling?
1.can someone guide me about question no 7 and 8 in IMM 5669?
Question 7 : what should i write in column field of study for my matriculation as there is no specified field of study in matric and we are taught maths , science, history etc. all
Question 8 : what to written in column status in country? is it about my status in country as of citizen or about my employer's or his company's status?

Please reply me soon as my application is stuck for these only.

Thanks

I cannot say for sure but I believe it would be acceptable...:) We did not include his diplomas or work stubs ourselves. We are waiting to see if they ask for them. I think they would be more concerned if you had gaps in your history...

Question 7: not sure about this. You must be some kind of diploma with a specified title....?

Question: 8: they want to know if you had studied or worked outside your country and, if so, what was your status.

I hope I have helped you in some way...

Thanks for your reply,

But can you just clarify me a bit more about question no 7 & 8. as for question no 7 is it advisable to write "general" in matric's field of study column? and in question 8 :as in that i had been asked to give past 10 years history and i was in my country , i was self employed, studying and was employed in those 10 years, then what should be my status? "student " and " employed" ?
