I just checked other forums and I was told immigration accepts both the IMM5669 and the EIMM5669 the 11-2018 version and the most recent version 06-2019 so you’re good with whichever one.

Your personal history and address history can’t have any gaps in time or it won’t validate. What were you doing between 2011-10 and 2014-02 for example?
Thank you.it worked.but now application asking me to put electronic signature.Should I write there my name and date using computer .then print it and put hand sign next to my name?because i can't validate it now without writing my name and date using computer.thank you very much for helping everybody always.
