I am uploading information for my minor ( toddlers less than 5 years) visitor visa application. IMM 5645 - If visitor visa application is only for minor siblings then do I need to submit two 5645 forms?
5645 upload is available only in primary applicant section , which is my toddler, and in family member sections uploads there is no upload published for 5645.
So do I need to create one form 5645 , put 2nd sibling name in section c and just sign and upload? ( I am being parent and representative) ?
Or do I need to create two 5645 forms for both siblings, merge and upload in primary applicant area?
Or I can upload sibling 5645 in family member area along with client information letter as attachment?
