Hi, I am in the midst of a divorce. Have a 1.5 year old child. The divorce hasn’t gone through, but I am doing my research of moving my kid to Canada in 2021. So by then she is grown up a bit, and I can manage a job and being a single mom. I plan to make my husband sign IMM 5604 , as a condition of divorce. My question is if I have a IMM 5604 signed and notarised and dated January 2019- can it be valid when I apply for visa in Dec 2020 under the express entry program or I need to get a fresh signed form when I apply for the visa. Again, divorces are nasty, I don’t want husband having a change of heart one year down the line, so want to get done with this. Also, the express entry is valid until dec 2020, so I can apply in December 2020? And if granted I plan to move by 2021.

I have also collect a new copy from my ex, but the notarized seal and signature is not the mentioned area. Does it create any problem?
