IMM 5562E - Additional Travels after Submitting Application

Hi All,

I have a query regarding the IMM5562E Supplementary Travels Information form.

I have already submitted my application and have received the AOR Number as well.

My query is I am planning to visit the states for 3-4 days sometime this month and since I had already listed out the Supplementary travels in the IMM5562E form do i need to resend the form again or inform them of the most recent travel which I have taken after submitting my application?

Any response will be deeply appreciated!!

No you don't have to inform them about this travel.
