IMM 5556E QUESITON

I am sponsoring my spouse under family class and want to apply for spouse open work permit for her to extend her work permit.

in the checklist 5556E do i need to prepare all the document in work permit section including LMIA IMM5802 and etc? this seem like from her company.

or for my case I just need to go for restoration of temporary resident status section?

The LMIA is not relevant to an OWP.

Are you out of status? If not then no need to fill the restoration section.

no my spouse's work permit end at DEC 2016 she still has 7months.

so does this mean she only need to prepared items in ALL APPLICANTS section? and do not need any other items in work permit, refugee, or restoration of temporary resident status ?
