My husband and I are filling out an app to sponsor his dependent child who is under the age of 18. Do we need to fill out this form? The guidelines say that if the child is over 18 then they must fill out the form themselves. Can I take this to mean it is not required for children under the age of 18? Any help is appreciated.

A child under 18 cannot fill it out.
