I have a question regarding this form. What should i put for the present address if there are no addresses back home? Should I put N/A for my spouse, her parents, and her siblings? Or maybe just put the city, country? Any help would be appreciated

We used a work address. If you don't have that either, I would just put the information you do have . City, district, zip code, country. Ect.

If your living together then you put same address. If your living separately put your s. You'll receive all correspondence through email probably anyways
