I have received IMM 5406 E (Additional Family information) on my file for PR, CEC 45 days after receiving my AOR. However, I live in Quebec, and my move in date to an apt in Ottawa is December 1st. What address should I submit for now? And how do I let them know that I am moving, but the dates are in about a month from now?
