Hello. I'm really not sure how many rows I should put into this Additionally family information form.
Right now it looks like this. There's only one line right now, which is myself. I already put all info of my parents (I have no siblings, children or spouse) into that first row. But do I need to create a row for each of my parents? And put info of their parents, siblings, children into their own details?
I know this might look like a dumb question, but forgive me. Thanks.
