Yes, the only other way to pay online is with a credit card if you want it done faster. You can borrow someone's credit card if you don't have one, they don't care who actually pays the fee.

I don't know if they will accept debit credit cards, but if they do you could use one of the ones you manually put money on. Lots of banks offer Visa debit cards now but I don't know if those will work.

So if I pay online with credit card do I need to print off the receipt and include it also or will they accept the electronic payment as receipt?

After you pay by CC a receipt with a barcode is set to your email, this is considered the receipt. Yes you have to print and include this.
