hi, i want to sponser my wife and 2 kids who are on temporary visa in canada.I just want to know is there any minimum financial requirement for 4 persons to apply as permanent residence.(if its applicable)

Family class has no financial obligation when it is a spouse/dependent children.

! > Are they your children or hers & someone elses? If yours, then you need to apply for their certificates of citizenship instead.

yes its my and my wife kids only.i am canadian resident.i still can apply for my kids citizenship instead of their residency.

If you are only a resident and not citizen - born in Canada, then no - they will have to be sponsored.
