Hello
My partner (who is sponsoring me) is just filling out the IMM 1344. We are in a common law relationship, so in question 8a, my partner has ticked 'Common-Law' and then put the date we moved in together. In question 8b, it asks 'do you have a conjugal partner' For the purposes of the visa, do we tick no, because we are living together, or do we tick yes?
I'm getting more confused by the second!

Thanks
Ollie

Sorry, I think I have answered my own question. It's common-law, so it can't be conjugal.
Thanks
Ollie

I was about to reply saying just that!
Yep, its common-law, not conjugal, so the answer to 8b is no :)

Excellent. Thank you again!
