IMM 1344 Part C Number 6

Hi guys! Just wanted to make sure. My sponsor's currently filling up the Application to Sponsor and Undertaking Form (IMM 1344) And on part C number 6 b) and c), there's a yes or no question. Here's our question, we're applying under the spousal sponsorship and doing it outland AND processing the application in my country of nationality, does she have to answer letters b and c??

I think she should leave this blank but just want to make sure. I read an application that got sent back because this specific part was not properly filled.
