Hi all

Could any one pls let me know wot is the meaning of that (IMM 1017s requested on 08-10-2009) as i have given my medical almost one year ago.

Where did you see that?

The medical exam is valid for one year. If the visa is not issued before it expires, then they will ask you to do another medical exam.

That's the form the DMP uses, so I think it means they requested the original form from the doctor.
