IMM 008DEP - Additional Dependants

Hey so I'm wondering if I have to fill out the IMM008DEP form for my 4 month old baby. She was born in Canada so is a Canadian citizen. I am applying Inland application so wasn't sure as the form has questions I don't know how to answer, i.e. "Date of entry into Canada", etc.

Please let me know.

If she is a canadian citizen, no. She will go under "additional family information" but not as a dependent. Dependent in that form are people that need to be sponsored - not your case if she is already Canadian.
