Hello!
I have a few questions if anyone can help confirm:

• For the question "Date and Place of your last entry into Canada" this literally means just the last time I crossed the boarder right? Cause we take day trips to Vermont often so I would just put the last time we went and the boarder we crossed over?
• Previous Countries of Residence - I studied abroad in Japan the year before I came to Canada on my work visa. I was there Aug-Dec and then came back to Canada for a month and was there again from Jan to May. As this was not 6 months consecutively as well as not 6 months total for the year (being that it was technically 2016 and 2017. I do not have to include it and I do not have to get a police certificate from Japan?

For your first question, I'm certain that you should put the last time you entered Canada, no matter the method.

I'm not sure about your second question though!
