We spouses doing the outside canada process, so I will be living in Korea while the application is going through. For contact information, I have myself in korea, but for other numbers should I put my spouse who is in canada? Or should I make all the contact info for myself only about me in Korea?

You may also wish to authorize your spouse with the IMM5476 Form - Use of a Representative. I can't count how many times I've seen on this forum where applicants are unable to call CIC's toll-free number because they are NOT in Canada. If your spouse is not authorized, they will NOT speak to him/her.
