Dear Canadianwomen and other active members, My wife has a question in IMM 0008 Generic/ Application for Permanent residence in Canada/ Question 21 / Page 2

Details of Family members.. You must provide the following details of your family members, whether they are accompanying you to canada or not.. You must include your spouse or common law partner, if applicable, and all your dependent childern, and those of your spouse or common law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citiyens of canada

If you have more than three family members, photocopy this page....

Background- I m a PR sponsoring ONLY for my spouse who is currently in India. We dont have any kids. So should she mention NA for the details of family members?

Look forward to hear from you guys soon..

Best wishes

V

As long as your wife does not have any children from previous relationship(s), then yes, put "n/a" in the box for other family members. With a spousal sponsorship, only the applicant (sponsored spouse) and his or her dependent children (who are not already Canadian citizens or PRs) are included on IMM0008.

Thanks robsluv..

so if I understood correctly the second page is totally Not Applicable- NA for my wife.. ?

We dont have any children nor from our previous relationships for either of us..
