IMM 0006 minor signatory

We would like my parents to visit from the UK (extended period to help with children etc). My husband is on a temp work visa, I’m a temp resident. However we have a baby born here with a Canadian birth certificate. Could we fill out IMM 0006 as my son, and get a commissioner of oaths to witness us signing in his behalf?

Not yet. Been trying to get through on the phone to IRCC, no luck yet. Someone suggested I ask my local MP. If I find out I’ll update here. If you find out, would you mind doing the same?

For sure. I am trying to get through on the phone too. Tried a few times at Twitter, but I was ignored. lol
