My mom is a PR and wants to sponsor me and my brother.
Do We 3 fill it in?
Also what other forms should we fill in.

Why did your mother not include you and your brother in her PR application? Do you qualify as dependent children?

Doesn't matter. Dependent children can only be sponsored outland, even if they are in Canada.

well , there were alot of issues.
We applied for Travel documents but it was declined me and my brother because of a few complications as we were previous PR holders as kids. However familial issues made us violate the rules.

Mom is instead using a sponsorship instead of going to court for their declination towards Travel document request.

Yes we do qualify as dependent.

Yes we do qualify as dependent.

If your mother didn't include you in her PR application and you qualify as dependent children the application will probably not be accepted. However, your case is complicated since you were previously PR and have had travel documents declined. Your mother really needs good legal advice on your situation and should see an immigration lawyer as soon as possible.

When you applied for the TDs and were refused, did they start proceedings to revoke your previous PR status? If they haven't actually revoked your status, your mother can't sponsor you. If they have revoked your status, then she can sponsor you.
