im lost

im trying to find work in canada but everyone keeps asking for a visa first. what do i do ? and where can i find jobs that would hire a immagant and know how it works?

Its very unlikely that you will find a job that will sponsor you to get a visa, which is why most people just wait until they get their PR, I will say though that its not impossible, try companies from your home country that have operations in Canada usually they take their own nationals and give them job permits.. at least is a start

i thought if you had no arranged work u cant get a pr? what other ways r there?

May be you can try for a degree in Canada. First come as a student here. Wait for 1 or 2 years. By this time you will gain experience and may be a job too, then apply for PR.
