I'm in the army now in Korea, and I'm planning to go back to Korea

Hi,

I was in Canada until last December, but I had to come back to Korea because Korean man have a duty for the army for almost 2 years.
Now I'm planning to go back to Canada again, but I faced some serious problem.

I finished 2 semesters, and I dropped the course and came back to Korea.
Now I applied to same college but different major, however, I heard that I will not get PGWP if I go to same college.
Do I have some possibility to get PGWP after graduation?

And I have one more question that my status is soldier in Korea now.
I will be discharged next September 2nd, and the school will start on September 7.
My question is, can I apply a student permit during serving in the army?

I'm really stressed out with those problem because I don't wanna change the school.

I couldn't find anyone who has same experience. I asked to lots of Korean people, but I got nothing..

Not a Korean but I have many korean friends who have gone through the same process. They said upon re applying for a study permit it shouldnt be a problem as long as you deferred through the universities mandatory services option. They said most but not all universities have the option to do so.
