I'm from nursing background. So if I try to print visa to Canada, is my ECA acceptable from NNCA?

Dear all,
I'm from nursing background and worked outside of Canada but intend to stable in there??
So, Is my ECA accepted for PR visa which review by NNCA or I have to send these to WES for credentials??
Please help me out
And also NNCA needs ilets academic score card. So that please give me information that I have to get an again ilets general exam for PR visa or it will except ilets academic score card.????
