I'm applying with my brother, do i need to apply separately?

I'm planning to visit a friend with my brother; we're both below 18 years of age and i'm applying online. Should i apply for him through my own account or should he make an account and apply separately?

Separately I believe. He is not your dependent, as you are siblings.
