I am an international student (I have a student Visa) who wants to open a business with a Canadian Citizen, should I get my work permit or what should I do?

1. You can open the business, but you won't be able to work in it. You would require a work permit, and a new business without any employees, you would be unlikely to get an approved LMO. So no LMO, no work permit.
