Ok I can't get back in status or get restoration BC I been out for that long 2017 till 2020 but I am doing spousal sponsorship right now will they send me back will I still get the opportunity to stay in Canada what happens from here on will immagration still except me to Canada even tho

Your spouse can apply. You may get asked to visit a CBSA office and regularly check in, but you should not be deported before a decision is made.
Having no status does not mean your application will be refused, but you need to be confident in your proof of genuine relationship. Visa officers will stringently review your documents to make sure there's no chance you're in a relationship solely to stay in Canada.
