If you want to talk IRCC agent..

Hi everyone, like everybody else I have been trying to call agent for past 1 month or so...
So one of my friend told me that community center near us just call them and tell them you want to enquire about Pr application.
They will transfer you to specific department and that department will connect you to IRCC agent.
That's how i talk with agent on this Monday.
I called Malton Community center and the lady there was super helpful and she even said that they can help me in follow up after 3 months.

If you go into a Service Canada office and ask them to connect you to the IRCC , the call goes thru as an internal call . That meaning it doesn’t go into a que, it goes FIRAV agent across the country .
When I used to take calls at a EI call centre , I’d routinely take calls from a Service Canada outlet . The Service Canada agent would identify themselves, tell me what the question was, and give the phone to the person . I’d then pull up the account and go from there.
