If you email RCMP how long until they reply

I everyone, my husband has been waiting for 9 months for the RCMP to send the criminal record check to Guatemala, so both the IO and my MP emailed the RCMP asking about where is is/ what is going on with it.

How long does it take for the RCMP to respond by email? All it says on the website is to "expect delays" lol...as if we would expect something else!

Has anyone had this situation?

It has been lost or misplaced, paper prints from RCMP take 3 months.

Thats what i thought, but how long should it take them to reply to my email inquiring about it?

Hi everyone,

my MP, the IO and my laywer emailed the RCMP 3 weeks ago, anyone know how long until they usually reply by email?

They didn't reply to my lawyer or the MP, only the IO. It took them about 3-4 weeks to reply by email. Apparently they "didn't accept" my husbands fingerprints and he has to re-do them.
