Hello

Please note that its been 11 months since i submitted my application to damascus visa office & i didnt receive anything back from them yet.. they dont take phone calls, neither reply to emails nor to faxes... i tried everything..

do u think it would be a good idea if i go to the embassy in syria to check for the status of my application???? will i get the needed info?? thanks for your support..

Lfer,

I think you are only left with this option,I faced the same situation, 8 months No AOR and Ecase is still Recieved by visa office... until they replied by email to my lawyer last week that my application is still under study and gave new AOR...

I strongly recommend that you pay a visit to Damascus, but make sure you set a meeting for yourself before going...

Everything happens in our part of the world, they might have sent you medicals via mail and they get lost for somereasons..

Yes sure they answer calls, i called them my self twice 2 weeks ago on the same number published on the internet..
