I was told before that the start date of your PGWP is when they send it out to you.
Given that you can start working as soon as you apply for a PGWP (provided your study permit is valid at the time), does that mean if I'm eligible only for 1 year, I could be working for 1 year + 189 days? The current processing time is 189 days and that's assuming it takes 189 days for them to send it back to me.
