Hi there !! Who can answer my question? As the super visa process requires proof of medical visa at the time of application, we need to take it now. But for unforeseen reasons, if the visa is rejected, what is your cancellation or refund policy?
Thank you very much

Most insurance companies dealing with Super Visa would refund full amount if parents/grandparents fail to obtain the visa. But there is almost no partial refund for going back to home country early (i.e. less than a year) in case of super visa.

There may be a charge for refund application along with proof of visa rejection, copy of insurance policy etc. depending on the insurance provider.
