I have parents who will apply in Delhi for PR after successful sponsorship application at Mississauga. my parents are 70+ in age; and my mother suffer from a medical condition and may refused in medical. I am wondering is it better to apply for PR or apply for TRV? She has 5 years TRV and may get renewed. But if she failed in Medical for PR, will it affect application of TRV? :-\
