If no Borth Certificate?

My mother is now 60. She does not have a birth certificate. Anybody please advice for any alternate which i need to submit for her family sponsor program.

If her school certificate is available that can be submitted on behalf of BC. Better to submit a Notary certified copy of the school certificate.
