my situation is a little bit complicated.we applied for my wife's sponsorship application and its been in process since July.but couple of days before l got in a bad situation about mischief.they charged me and they gave me fingerprint appointment and a court date.before fingerprint l fixed my mistake and owner went to the police station and said he gave up to sue me it was one day before the fingerprint appointment.my lawyer said I don't need to go fingerprint anymore but my lawyer untrustful. l didn't go but then my lawyer called me and said even if l don't go to the fingerprint l need to go court and l went there last Tuesday.
Here are my questions... l don't know, do l have a criminal record or not(some sources says that if l give a fingerprint l have a record) if l have a criminal record does it affect my wife's sponsorship application even it is in the process?
