...the best option?

Should I get a study permit, move to Canada, and for the next four years get a Canadian college degree? I know this will help me be more qualified to get a job in the future or apply for PR since I have a degree from a Canadian school. I also know that living by myself for 4 years + the 4 years of international tuition will cost alot of money and drowning in debt without even permanent residence will be difficult.

or

Should I stay in my parents house for 2 years and go to a cheap community college and get a 2 year degree, then get a work permit and move to Canada? I know that it will be hard to find a job when I have an American degree, but I won't be in 60,000 dollar debt. Also, an American degree might not be as qualified to get accepted for permanent residence, right?

Please give me your knowledgeable advice, I'm only a Junior in High School in the US, and I need to start planning the future since I have about one and a half years before I make this decision!
